Finally time for some classic red, which hasnt been on my nails for just too long. Summer 13 has sadly definately come to an end and I figured I should wear bright, tomato red for one last time.

Po dolgem času je zopet čas za klasično rdečo na mojih nohtih. Ker je poletja 13 zagotovo konec, sem živi paradižnikovo rdeči dala zadnjo priložnost.

I needed two thin coats, and I love how it has a slight reddish undertones, which makes a purple shade so unique:
Potrebovala sem dve tanki plasti. Pri odtenku pa mi je všeč, da ima rdeče podtone, kar naredi vijolično barvo posebno in drugačno:

SHADE OF THE DAY* Lets salsa!

I've completely forgotten how much I like to wear red nail polishes till Salsa was refound in my nail polish stash. Tomato red with high shine is something I love to wear in the summer time and this one has it all. Worn it with handmade ring made by Ivan Rasic, was perfect for hot summer day:

Popolnoma sem pozabila, kako zelo rada imam rdeč lak na nohtih. Barva paradižnikov, z visokim sijajem je tista popolna za poletje. Vse to zagotovo ima China Glaze Salsa, zraven pa sem pokombinirala še ročno izdelan prstan Ivana Rašiča:

I forgot how much I love browsing through my siss nailpolish stash. This time I picked up OPI Do you lilac it and used China Glaze Matte Magic over it:

Popolnoma sem pozabila, kako rada brskam po sestrini zbirki lakov za nohte. Tokrat sem si zopet dala duška, ter si izbrala OOI Do you lilac it in preko njega uporabila še Matte Magic nadlak:

OPI Do you lilac it? its very sheer with first coat, but the second one bulids it perfectly, so 2 coats is enough. Matte Magic dries very fast due its finish and leavs gorgeous velvet finish.
OPI Do you lilac it? je s prvo plastjo zelo prosojen, druga pa ga popolnoma nadgradi in je popolnoma dovolj. Matte magic ga leto satenasto zmatira in se zaradi finiša tudi takoj posuši.

For this summer dress yourself in lilac flowy and airy dresses like Badgley Mischka and Dries van Noten did and makeup your eyes along the lines of Dior and Nanette Lapore.
V letošnjem poletju zapeljujte v prosojnih oblekicah v lila odtenkih, po vzoru Badgley Mischka in Dries van noten oči pa si obarvajte po vzoru Diorja in Nanette Lapore.

Even though peachy colors are one of the first associations when thinking of spring, I decided to wer this Nails inc. Wellington square shade on a gorgeous summer day:
Kljub temu, da je breskvastopudrasta barva med prvimi asociacijami, ob besedi pomlad, sem se na krasen vroč poletni dan odločila za Nails inc. Wellington square:

I needed two thin coats, but the application was very striky, leaving visible lines even after dried completely. I find the color still super gorgeous though.
Lak je potreboval dve tanki plasti, a so žal proge, ki za katere sem sprva mislila, da bodo proge izginile, ostale vidne. Sušil se je sicer hitro in barva mi je čudovita.

Wear oversized clothes in peachy colors like John Gulliano sent on the runway, shade your colors in peachy smokey look like MAC makeupartist, Celine and Louis Vuitton did, or just shade your cheeks with soft peachy colors. =)
Letošnje poletje se oblečite v prevelike kroje v breskvastih barvah, kot je na pisto poslal John Galliano, oči pa zadimite v breskvastih tonih, kot se jih stvarili pri kozmetični hišah MAC in modni hiši Celine in Louis Vuitton, lahko pa le nežno obarvate svoja lička ter lase spletete v trendi kito po glavi... =)

*SHADE OF THE DAY* H&M Hunt me down

Since forever Ive been a great lover of olive green, therefore H&Ms shade in Hunt me down instantly caught my attention. I wore it with handmade ring by Ivan Rasic with jewels in simmilar shades:

Od vedno sem bila velika ljubiteljica olivno zelene, zato mi je H&M ov lak za nohte v barvi Hunt me down takoj postal zelo všeč. Skimbinirala sem ga z ročno izdelanim prstanom, katerih kristalčki so v podobnih odtenkih Ivana Rašiča:

I needed only one coat of H&M nailpolish it dried very fast and left great shiny finish.
Potrebovala sem samo 1 plast, posušil se je zelo hitro v sijoč videz.

*SHADE OF THE DAY* Constance Carroll Neon Yellow

If there is no sun in the sky, I take bright yellow nailpolish and paint it myself. Here is Constance Carroll Neon yellow, which is extremely far from neon, more a true color of sunflowers:

Dnevi ko se sonce skriva za oblaki so popolni, da na plano privlečem najbolj sončkast odtenek in si narišem svojega. Constance Carroll  v odtenku Neon Yellow je sicer daleč od neona, je pa krasna barva sončnic:

I needed two coats, it didnt dry very fast and left a lot of bubbles, which made it chip after one day of wearing it.
Potrebovala sem dve plasti, med sušenjem pa se je naredilo ogromno balončkov, zaradi česar se je lak začel krušiti že v enem dnevu nošenja. Če bi imele svojega sončka, potem bolj priporočam Nubar Lemon.

No doubt, yellow is going to be HUGE this summer! My fav has to be collection from Akris and pieces from Maison Rabih Kayrouz, Oskar De la Renta and Michael Kors. If thinking about yellow makeup Kenzo, Marimekko and Lela rose made yellow super wearable.

Letošnje poletje, bo rumena brez dvoma, TOP barva. Meni najljubša kolekcija je od modne hiše Akris, ter kosi Maison Rabih Kayrouz, Oskar De la Rente in Michael Korsa . Kenzo, Marimekko in Lela rose pa so prikazali, kako je lahko rumeno trendi senčilo nosljivo.

*SHADE OF THE DAY* Behind the spikes there is a gentile soul

Instant association when seeing this gorgeous ring, handemade by Katja Koselj was a gentile soul caught in a land full of fiction creatures, who protect it from any harm ... The wizzard from OZ?! YES! Didn't hesitate long and create a manicure to match ring with this thought, using I Teodora you, from newest OPI collection and some Orly glitters to spice it up:

Aasociacija ob pogledu na prekrasen, ročno izdelan prstan Katje Koselj je bila na nežno dušo, ujeto v deželi namišljenih likov, ki jo varujejo pred zlim ... Čarovnik iz Oz-a?! Ja! Nisem se obotavljala in svojo misel prelila v manikuro. I Teodora you in Orly bleščice z popestritev:

I needed two thin coats of OPI. It has a jellycreamy finish and dries fast. Love the soft pastel pink shade with slight blue undertones. I used one coat of Orly to spice it up.
Nanesla sem dve plasti krasnega nežno pastelno roza z rahlimi modrimi podtoni OPI I Teodora you, ki ima lep jellycreamy finiš in se suši razmeroma hitro. Preko njega sem za popestirtev nanesla tnko plast Orly Atomic splash.

*SHADE OF THE DAY* Polish me happy

Turquise is going to big this year - ocean blue, teal, neon ...Therefore I needed to try this gorgeous Polish me happy nailpolish from H&M, matching it with handmade ring by Ivan Rasic:

Letošnji velik trend bo turkizna barva. Ne glede na odtenek! Ko sem zagledala H&M lak v odtenku Polish me happy sem ga enostavno morala preizkusiti. Skombinirala sem ga z ročno izdelanim prstanom Ivana Rašiča:

Another super opaque nailpolish, with which you could do only one carefuly applyed coat.
Zopet super pigmentacija, z malce previdnosti ena plast zadostuje za polno prekrivnost.

I remember admiring this shade on my friend hands every time she wore it, and when she took it to our holidays I was so happy that she brought it with her. Curiosity about trying it was even bigger since this was my very first time trying out Avon nailpolish. Here is Perfectly flesh:

Spomnim se kako sem vedno občudovala lak na prijateljičinih nohtih in lahko si predstavljate moje veselje ko sem odkrila, da ga je na dopust vzela seboj. Radovednost in navdušenje je bilo še toliko večje, saj je to prvi Avon lak, ki sem ga kadarkoli preizkusila. Tukaj je krasen odtenek perfectly flesh:

I needed two thin coats, the brush is average and I had no difficulties applying it. It dried fast and stayed on my nails for a few days without chipping.
Potrebovala sem dve tanki plasti, čopič je čisto OK in z nanašanjem nisem imela težav. Tudi posušil se je hitro, na nohtih pa je brez problem zdržal nekaj dni, brez krušenja.

As every spring trends are not skipping powdery pink. Ellie Saab, Valentino and Chloe envisioned woman embraced with powdery pink shades:

No doubt I LOVE nail polishes but cant hide the fact of having a huge obsession with rings too. They are definitely my favorite fashion accessories. Happy to share my friends work who make amazing jewlery with you guys. Here is a gorgeous pink-blue KIKO manicure with amazing ring handmade by Ivan Rasic.

Ni dvoma, da so laki za nohte moja velika ljubezen, a ne morem mimo dejstva, da so tudi prstani moja velika obsesija in brez dvoma najljubši modni dodatek. In srečna sem, da lahko tukaj predstavim ročno izdelane prstane mojih prijateljev, ki jih imam čast nositi. Danes krasna pinkblue KIKO manikura in krasen ročno izdelan prstan od Ivana Rašiča.

I used one coat of pink 299 KIKO nail polish and the coats of blue one 313.
Uporabila sem 1 plast pink laka in 2 plasti modrega laka. Ker KIKO lakov ni v Sloveniji, sem našla zamenjave: Pink, isto pigmentiran z 1 plastjo OPI Pink Flamenco, podoben moder OPI Tommorow never dies.

As said in previous posts fuchsia lips are going to be huge this ss, but I also found some great looks from the runway including deep blue and pink on the eyes.
Vroča pink na ustnicah bo letos velik trend (prejšnji posti), danes pa sem iskala trende, ki vključujejo globoko temno modro in pink na očeh.
